Being part of adoption celebrations is one of the coolest things I’ve experienced with the bakery! What a wonderful honor it is to see families become whole! (The name is blurred on the cake for privacy)

A local church family celebrated a 60th birthday with a 60’s-themed party. I had the chance to deliver the cake and see everyone’s great outfits!
I was able to do some cookies for the fine folks in the Benefits division of Dillingham Insurance! Corporate logo cookies are a great giveaway to clients, customers, and employees. The original Dillingham logo is shown below as a comparison to the finished product.
I’m usually happy with all of my work. Sometimes I like the results better than others. Today was one of those days. I love these giraffe cookies! I took a couple of pictures during the process as well.
Having decent handwriting in icing has been a challenge for me, but I used a projector for this one and it turned out great!
My client wanted a cookie cake for her girlfriends as they finally had the chance to spend some time together. She wanted something girly with flowers, and this is what I came up with!
